What is, in your opinion, the best method of power generation for off the grid uses?

Plankton fed garden makes one self sufficient food wise , that cuts power use. A fertile garden is entertaining. Scientific study of this and bugs and plants is more interesting than tv. Better nutrition helps people resist sugar and drugs. Junk food is making people stupid.

I agree that bugs and plants can be more interesting than TV. But I think that most people will prefer TV. Take it from a person who lives in a developed country, where people have been drooling in front of their TV (and more recently computers and phones) for the past 60 years, while the bugs and plants outside have slowly died away to leave behind an artificial ecosystem stripped of biodiversity and natural beauty.
