The largest source of phosphorus fertilizer right now is in the form of inorganic mineral/rock deposits. These are running out, and we will need an even larger source of phosphorus over the next 100 years as our global population and food demand both grow. Any thoughts on making phosphate fertilizer from bones from chickens, instead of just throwing the bones out when you eat them?

I agree. I think eventually that people in developed countries will have to send off organic waste to be composted or rendered useful in some other way. The obvious problem with this would be decomposition and the attraction of unwanted animal pests. Maybe the bones, along with organic waste, would have to be kept in special containers with sterilizing UV lights or other sterilizing features to prevent decomposition/rotting until the waste can get to the processing facilities.

The rhombic knuckles of a cow , whitened, I throw. I see nothing. But the goat bones, above corral, crumble, like dried up styrofoam. Osterioporotic. Not brucellosis . Obviously, goats dried up because someone is loosing donkeys and horses at night on the goats rightofway. You look behind the problem. You eat the bones. I've been living off goat and sheep bones cooked in rice. Cause very low cancer rates. Way lower than rich country too. So it tastes good. Fried in coconut fat. Met the pretty daughter of el meromero at small animal butcher. I fall for her, her for me, I advoidthe place like the plague, start buying pack rat from neighbor monolo For$1.50.Now the femur of the giant, best nourished mouse in the wierld, is superstrong. The farmed duck is strong, but chicken bad smelling, sick feedstock, all precancerous. Maybe you make pig bone soup, or with rice. Me in my dreams I make crushed chicken bone soup. I feel sick, just thinking about it all and sick human sewage for organic. This isGarbageland.the bones can be used to look into the future. Not by tossing them like a flimflam man. The easy chair, the tv, refrigerator is all substitutes for an alga pond that nourishes a garden, that would cause reproduction without so much defective by birth and sugar and analeptics addiction.the wildcat stalks at rich, plankton, water source. Plankton oxygenates( supersaturates) causes bug life that bobcat enjoys, and birds.in other words mined plant plankton maintains independent ecosystem, dependent on greendirt, co2, UV, humidity, warmth.
